MEMPHIS JOINS THE #PUMAFAM

The series, We were asked by PUMA to introduce Memphis Depay as the new PUMA Athlete and disrupt the football market.

By doing so, we also continued the roll-out of content throughout that same week with bold, impactful pieces of content, generating awareness for the new PUMA x Memphis partnership on the 433 and 433NL Instagram channels, encouraging them to imagine their dreams.

MORE THAN JUST A FOOTBALLER

With multiple teasers and content pieces we hinted that something big was about to happen. In a bold and spectacular video we announced Memphis as a PUMA athlete. We did this by showing different sides of Memphis. We highlighted Memphis’s versatility as a human, his connection with fashion and music.

Memphis was first in line when his voice was needed as an activist for global equality. He is also a great support to children in the country where his roots lie. His outspoken character and the urge to express hasn’t always been well received by critics who believed Memphis only had a part to play on the pitch. However, this didn’t stop him from exploring other paths and talents. With this video we highlight his drive and passion not only on, but also off the pitch.

The content we created was intended for 433's Instagram channels. However PUMA and Memphis himself were so pleased with the result, they posted the content on their own channels as well.
